FOUNDER
After nearly two decades in the London hospitality scene, a successful craft beer and natural wine bar, wife and child later, Elliot, the founder of Zags, has landed in Ōtautahi / Christchurch, New Zealand to bring you his signature lasagne through Zags. He’s very passionate about food, has a keen eye for quality and is always looking for the best meal in town. Elliot is the flavour behind Zags.

Libby Elliott
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
After surviving the first business, Libby being the more tech-savvy member of the family works behind the scenes on the digital experience, general design & ascetics and translating Kiwi slang into English for Elliot. Libby is the driving force in navigating how to bring Zags to Christchurch.
